At my local museum of art,
I’m buoyed by the significance,
1000 cranes bring to my heart.
The crane is supposed to be,
A sign of hope for me and you,
I pray that as they’re sent out,
The gift of hope travels true.
People are supposed to send out the cranes as signs of hope to friends, family, etc.
The Bellefonte Art Museum will keep a record of how far and where they travel.
We can all use hope during this stressful, frightening, uncertain time.
