Marching Into April

Winter has overstayed its welcome,

It’s time to send it on its way.

Tired of harsh winds and weather,

We long for brighter days.

Bring on the green leaves and blossoms,

Let the grasses grow wild.

Dig in the dirt for gardens,

As soon as the temperature’s mild.
